We are looking for a results- driven Business Development Lead with proven experience in sales, partnerships, and driving strategic growth, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
Role Description
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Lead to drive growth in Tanzania by acquiring new clients and partners, leading integrations with telecoms, and representing the company in the business and tech community.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and business partners
Sign up a minimum of 5 clients/month
Submit 5 fully completed KYCs monthly
Lead partner integrations and manage ongoing relationships
Represent the company at public events and drive marketing/PR efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships
Experience in fintech or telecom highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools
