About The Role
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
Responsible for visiting stores and checking visually, using CCTV and any other data to support our clients shrink plan.Responsible for gathering evidence and building cases of policy breach and Internal theft using our clients company policy as guidelines.Visiting stores to Burn CCTV or to support our HUB colleagues with CCTV in non-HUB stores.Providing BWC training where necessaryProviding CCTV training where necessaryProvide feedback to our clients management teams regarding process failuresContribute to our team and provide a satisfactory number of cases for our team to have maximumLiase with and support our HUB colleagues with case handovers, intelligenceMaintain a strict level of confidentiality while working in this role.Carry out any duties deemed necessary by your manager to ensure Target ROIs success.
