The Opportunity:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Sales Representative located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Business Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The representative will provide excellent customer service, manage client accounts, and maintain sales records. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, presenting sales proposals, and achieving sales targets.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Follow up on leads and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Present and promote our diverse range of IT and electronic products and solutions.

Understand client needs and recommend the best-suited products.

Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.

Work towards and achieve sales targets within 6 months of joining.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills

Experience in Account Management and Sales Skills in Sales Management Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant experience in the IT or computer hardware industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Bonus Points For:Previous experience in corporate sales (B2B).Experience in following up on cold leads and closing deals.

Experience working with CRM systems.

Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Experience working in the IT industry.
