As an Account Executive at Horizon Digital, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and growing client relationships while ensuring that marketing campaigns run smoothly and deliver results. You’ll serve as a key link between our clients and internal teams, translating goals into strategy and strategy into execution.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, has a keen understanding of digital trends, and can manage multiple moving parts without missing a beat.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build, maintain, and grow strong, trust-based client relationships
- Develop and oversee execution of digital marketing strategies and content calendars
- Coordinate with creative, social, media buying, and strategy teams to deliver timely, high-quality work
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions)
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist in pitching to new prospects
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and campaign updates
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
- Attend client meetings, events, and activations when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in account management or client service, ideally in a digital agency or marketing environment
- Proven understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, and content strategy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Trello, or Asana is a plus
