Flamingoo Foods is a leading food processor being located in Katavi, Tanzania. The manufacturing focus is on grain processing. For its new edible oil plant, Flamingoo Foods is looking for a chemist to operate the refinery.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemist at Flamingoo Foods near Mpanda. The Chemist will be responsible for chemicals handling, quality control assessments, safety measures and standards and supervision of laborers.
Qualifications
- Laboratory Skills and Quality Control proficiency
- Analytical Skills
- Experience with GCLA requirements
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Willingness to stay and work in rural areas
