Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Turaco Nungwi Resort – Marriott International in Nungwi. The role involves overseeing food service operations, managing the food & beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and budgeting for F&B activities.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Training abilities
- Budgeting proficiency
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same role preferably in a branded All Inclusive resort.
- Previous experience in Africa (preferably Zanzibar) is a plus.
- Fluent command of English, additional languages are a plus.
