Position Title: Project Manager

Qualification – PMP certified

Location – Dare-e-salaam

Relevant experience– 12 to 15 years prefer handling public sector or government clients for SAP S4 Hana end-to-end transformation programs

Relevant experience

• SAP S4 HANA implementation in utilities companies
• Strong background in ERP/SaaS implementations with expertise in procurement and financial systems.
• Internal & external stakeholders’ management
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Good verbal & written communication
• Good knowledge of non-SAP applications like GIS, SCADA & others
• Have managed a team with at least 50 members
• Good know-how of SAP logistics or finance modules
• Have experience working on project planning tools like MSP, PowerPoint & Excel
• Ability to take charge in high-pressure situations.
• Decisive and confident when making decisions.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with client IT, vendors, and business teams.
• Comfortable in presenting updates and risks to executive leadership.
• Meticulous in planning and executing cutover activities.
• Highly organized with an eye for dependencies and risks.
• Ability to remain composed during high-stakes go-live events.
• Quick thinker who can identify and resolve issues in real time.
• Able to adjust plans dynamically if unexpected challenges arise.
• Always thinking ahead, anticipating potential issues before they occur.
• Works well in cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between finance, procurement, and vendors.
