Basic Job Functions
- Identify and monitor training needs in the company
- Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fulfill those needs.
- Ensure growth and retention of sales reps
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective training initiatives
- Bachelor Degree in a business related field, education or Human Resource Management.
- Proven experience for at least two years
- Project Management
- Interpersonal and Leadership
- Analytical and Problem-Solving
- Facilitation and Coaching
- Communication and Presentation
